| When agreed upon with their social worker, social assistance recipients can access the community placement program which helps re-integration into the labour force. These clients do volunteer work for a specific period of time and are not paid for their services. | |
EP - Employment Placements |

| If a client is job-ready, he/she can access the Employment Placement program which helps match clients with employers that are seeking skilled individuals. These clients work for a pre-determined period of time and are paid for their services | |
ES - Employment Services |

| For the Employment Services program, clients receive assistance in finding their own outright job or depending on qualifications, access subsidized on-the-job training with a job developer with our Job Connect component. | |
